Q. The report I have previewed is sorted alphabetically and I want to change the sort order to sort by Account Numbers, how do I accomplish this?
A. On The design view of the report select the sorting and grouping icon from the toolbar, it is the icon next to the toolbar that looks like tow pickaxes, then change the sorting from Name to account number by select account number from the drop down.

Q. When importing a CSCS Diskette I get the error message”?
A. the Diskette is likely to have been damaged either by a virus or otherwise return to CSCS and request for a new download of your transactions on another diskette.
